BELT WITH LATERAL PLATES

Belt with lateral plastes made from left and right alternately woven spirals with straight cross members and steel lateral plates. The cross member ends are welded to the washers.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Heat treatment
  • High temperature ovens
  • Sintering
  • etc.

BELT WITH LATERAL PLATES

Belt with lateral plates made from left and right alternately woven spirals with straight cross members and steel lateral plates. The cross member ends are bent and welded to the lateral plates.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Heat treatment
  • High temperature ovens
  • Sintering
  • etc.

ZIG-ZAG BELTS

They are made in perforated steel trapezoidal-shaped elements and steel connection bars. The belt is assembled starting from a metal plate and it is driven by cogged wheels, which keep it centred. This type of structure allows ease of cleaning and flexibility of use. Standard wheels in cast iron and carbon steel are used for returning and towing of PBL120 belts. On request, we can supply cogged wheels made in Aisi 304, Aisi 316, nylon, polypropylene 1000, etc. The PBL120 can be supplied with button head weld or clinched edge.

MATERIALS:

  • Carbon steel
  • Galvanized steel
  • Stainless steel

APPLICATIONS:

  • Washing plants
  • Cooling plants
  • Drying plants
  • Annealing plants
  • Water treatment plants
  • Products transfer
  • etc.

WIRE MESH BELTS

Wire mesh belts with S-side or Z-side made of high resistance steel wires. They have wide openings, which make them very well suited for applications in which the product should have as little contact with the conveyor belt as possible. This means they are especially suitable for light products. These belts are pulled by gears of different materials and, thanks to their flexibility, they can easily be winded up on rollers with extremely small diameters.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Pastries and biscuits factories
  • Chocolates factories
  • Frozen food industries
  • etc.

CONVEYOR BELTS, SILENCE CHAIN TYPE

Available with side slideways or reinforced edges, cross members ends are riveted.

APPLICATIONS:

  • I.S. machines
  • Conveyors for glass industry
  • Conveyors for different purposes
  • etc.

The use of metal belts in architecture allows the designer to personalise each project, employing unusual structural and aesthetic solutions. These belts composed of metal spiral wire links, offer good rigidity horizontally, while maintaining a great flexibility vertically. They can shield any glass wall or facade, ensuring thermal insulation and energy saving. Thanks to their adaptability, they can be used as both fold metal mesh drapery and as cascade metal mesh drapery, without any counterweight or substructure. Welded edges.

MATERIALS:

  • Aisi 304 stainless steel
  • Aisi 316 stainless steel
  • Other materials are available on request.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Sunshades
  • Facade cladding
  • Facade design
  • Gazebo covering
  • Interior design
  • etc.

Heavy belts with looped edges made of spiral round wire, alternately woven left and right and with straight pins. The special manufacturing of the looped edges makes these belts suitable for applications at high temperatures.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Iron and steel industry

Teflon coating is a special synthetic coating that is applied to the conveyor belt once the manufacture process is complete. It improves the belt’s non-sticky properties, its ease of movement and its chemical resistance.
Advantages: easier cleaning, higher quality of the finished product, more productivity, less waste.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Glass industry
  • Heat-shrink systems
  • Architecture
  • etc.
